6.30.11Welcome to the new AddiesIceCream.com! We are well into another year of business and hope you will join us this summer for some of our homemade ice cream! 10.5.10Addie's is now closed for the season! We will see you all again in the spring. Our target opening date will be April 30th but check back for news updates as the spring gets closer. Thank you all for your support and business this year. We are grateful for every customer who walks in our door. Stay warm this winter and remember to think ice cream!! Thanks!8.28.10The restaurant will be closed next week Monday the 30th through Thursday the 2nd. We will be open 8am to 3pm Friday the 3rd through Labor Day. Thanks!8.24.10 NEWS UPDATEAddie's Restaurant will be shutting down permanently after this coming Labor Day. We have made the decision that our food service will not continue next year giving us more time to enhance our ice cream brand. Our ice cream shop will reopen next year and hopefully will expand to new locations as well. Thanks for all your support in our restaurant endeavor! We weill close the restaurant on Labor Day however the ice cream shop will remain open with limited fall hours into October. Please check back for updated fall hours schedule. Thanks! 8.3.10 RESTAURANT HOURSThe Restaurant at Addie's will be closed from Saturday August 14th through Saturday August 21st. The Ice Cream Room will be open for normal business hours through out the week. Thanks!7.7.10 NEW SHIRTS!The new shirts have finally arrived! Our shipment of new colors and styles includes t-shirts, ringer tees, hoodies, youth t-shirts and onesies for the little ones! 6.23.10 NEWS FLASHAddie's restaurant will be closed on July 16th and 17th and also from August 14th through the 21st. We will be open for ice cream business through out these dates! The restaurant will be open for the Findley Lake Cruise In which takes place on Sunday, July 18th. Remember ice cream will remain open through out all of these dates! 6.17.10 NEW SHIRTS ARE ALMOST HERE!Our new shipment of shirts is due in on the 28th of June and will be featuring a few new styles and colors. Stop in 4th of July weekend to see the new new stock! We are also looking into hats, mugs, and other Addie's retail items. As we continue to develop our web presence, we hope to have an online store soon so check back in a few weeks and hopefully our internet retail space will be up and running!Thanks!6.2.10 THE 3/50 PROJECTAddie's will be taking part in the 3/50 project through out the summer. The project was designed to boost local economies and promote consumer spending in communities such as Findley Lake by offering customers a chance to win cash to spend with in the specified community. Cash is donated by local business owners and a winner is drawn at the end of every month. Please stop by and fill out an entry card for a chance to win the cash prize! To learn more, visit our "About Us" page.5.28.10 RESTAURANT HOURS UPDATEOur restaurant hours have been finalized for the year. We will be open for breakfast and lunch daily. Check our info page for exact hours of operation. We have decided not to serve dinner this year except on holiday weekends including the Memorial Day, Fouth of July, Findley Lake Cruise In and Labor Day. On the weekends, we will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but during the week we will only be open for breakfast and lunch. Addie and Andrew Silbert opened Addie's in May of 2009, featuring 40 flavors of home made ice cream and a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Our goal is to create a brand that is synonymous with quality and create an atmosphere that is fun for the whole family.

Our ice cream is made from fresh sweet cream here on the premesis. We believe the more hands on we are in the production process, the more we can guarantee the quality of our product. Our cream is delivered to us from a local cooperative, Upstate Niagara, which in turn allows us to help local farmers and do our little part to help the local economy. Our restaurant operation has closed so that we can focus more on our ice cream brand.
